Copper Desert Homes

Robert Moore · Arizona REALTOR®

Hi, I'm Robert.

I live in Old Town Scottsdale and have owned property all accross the valley. My work centers on Scottsdale and the East Valley, with room to help wherever your plans take you.

A practical approach to complicated decisions

Before real estate, I spent more than 30 years working in technology, leading teams, solving difficult problems, and helping people make complicated decisions.

Real estate gives me a more personal way to put that experience to work. I start by listening to what you're trying to accomplish, look at the facts, and explain the tradeoffs in plain language.

Why Arizona feels like home

I love living in Arizona and spending time outside. Exploring the desert is one of my favorite ways to spend time, whether that means getting out on the hiking trails or camping off my beloved GS Adventure motorcycle.

It has given me a lasting appreciation for this place and for the different communities across the Valley. It is one of the reasons I enjoy helping people think through where and how they want to live here.

What that looks like when we work together

  • Understand the decision first

Your timing, finances, the property, and what you want next all matter. We can start with the questions you have, even if you're still deciding whether to make a move.

  • Look closely at the details

For a home value review, I compare the property with relevant sales and current competition. For a cash offer from us, we visit the home before putting an offer together. The details should inform the recommendation.

  • Explain the options honestly

Sometimes buying or selling fits. Sometimes waiting, keeping the property, or considering a different approach makes more sense. My job is to help you understand what each path involves.

More about my experience

Before entering real estate, I spent more than 30 years in technology leadership. I led teams, managed complex projects and budgets, solved difficult problems, and helped people make important decisions when the details were complicated or unclear.

I became interested in real estate after seeing how confusing and opaque a transaction can feel, especially when someone is making a major financial and personal decision. I believe there is room for a more thoughtful approach built on clear information, honest communication, and respect for the client's priorities.

I am continuing to build my real estate experience, and I bring the same practical, organized, and people-focused approach that guided my work in technology. My goal is to explain the options clearly, keep you informed, and help you make a decision you understand and feel comfortable with.

See the approach in practice

Ask me what you're wondering about.

You don't need a polished plan. Tell me a little about your situation and we can work through where to start.
